The Commons - Labyrinth Station
The Labyrinth is an ancient symbol that has meaning for many traditions and is a beautiful addition to any public landscape. As part of Open Streets the Labyrinth also becomes an artistic comment on how roads can be refocused to support a journey and not just a way to get to a destination somewhere else. Come and learn about the history of labyrinths and how they can be used as a meditative tool for prayer or reflection. Take a turn walking the labyrinth yourself or bring your kids to decorate their own Labyrinth colouring pages.
The Commons is a small grass roots faith community that meets Sunday Evenings at 6pm for a weekly Worship Gathering on the upper floor of The Living Rock at 26 Wilson St. We are a community of people who live, work and play in the lower city of Hamilton. The Commons is committed to working together to creatively live out Justice, Hope, Beauty, Authenticity, Truth, Community, and Peace.
Kerry & Molly Turcotte – Free the Children Fundraising Show

aboutus/index.php). This year, on her 8th birthday, Molly decided that she wanted to make a difference, too. So, she started raising funds for Free the Children’s locally and globally. Instead of birthday gifts, she asked her friends for donations to the charity, and has raised over $350 of the $1000 goal she has set for herself.
You can join Molly, and a whole bunch of talented musicians and friends in making a difference. Come and make group art, dance, and learn about how kids can help kids.

When I arrived to Canada in 2004, I was lucky to be able to attend to this awesome programs. They help my family and myself a lot and it is time for me to give back, It is time for us to give back! Many people depend on them and this is our change to help!
We are going to be collecting non perishable food, toiletries and why not cash! on June 24th 2012. I will be there all day talking to people and sharing the love of Zumba Fitness.
We’ll be having a fun and exciting Zumbathon fom 3-5pm with a 30 min warm up starting at 2:30pm, feel free to drop in anytime!
