Hamilton Bike Polo
Bike Polo is a friendly pick-up game to 5 points and you score by hitting the ball with a mallet into a goal like in hockey. There can be teams of up to three on either side. Mallets are provided, just bring a bike and a helmet, everyone is welcome.

A group of ‘northenders’ who are working to save the Simcoe Totlot (Bay and Strachan Parkette) from being sold off to private development.
We will be demontrating the Falun Dafa exercises, making origami lotus flowers ( Petals of Peace) clarifying the truth about the 13 year persecution against Falun Dafa in China.

We will have a skipping station and information about the health centre and community health programs available to people in the North End/and Hamilton.
We will be running a fun and exciting water safety activity and you will get the opportunity to learn a little bit about sailboats!
