Kathryn is joining Open Streets for the second year in a row as coordinator. She worked as Volunteer Coordinator for the first event (June 2010) and was hired as Lead Coordinator for September’s event last year, she continues in that role for 2012.
She has a background in environmental activism and is currently completing her BA in Psychology online at Athabasca University in her spare time.

This is the third year Sunil has worked on Open Streets, previously helping as with promotional and day-of materials for both prior years.
In March 2012, Sunil was elected to a one-year term of Chairperson of Open Streets Hamilton. He continues to produce all promotional materials for Open Streets Hamilton, as well as assisting with outreach.
Living in Hamilton since 2008, Sunil was the Creative Director and Layout Editor for Mayday Magazine in 2010-2011 as well as the events coordinator at the Sky Dragon centre. He currently is a Sky Dragon centre board member and has previously worked as Event and Promotions coordinator at the Sky Dragon Centre, as well as Centre Coordinator at the Hamilton Centre for Teaching Peace from March 2011-March 2012.
